المهام والمسؤوليات:
وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية فعالة لتعزيز تواجد الشركة وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
إدارة الحملات التسويقية الرقمية بما في ذلك إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي، تحسين محركات البحث (SEO)، والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
تحليل السوق وتقديم تقارير دورية عن الأداء، مع اقتراح تحسينات بناءً على البيانات.
تطوير محتوى تسويقي إبداعي يستهدف الجمهور المناسب ويعزز من تفاعلهم مع الشركة.
التنسيق مع فرق العمل الأخرى لضمان تكامل استراتيجيات التسويق مع أهداف الشركة العامة.
إعداد وتنفيذ حملات إعلانية مدفوعة لزيادة التحويلات والمبيعات.
بناء علاقات قوية مع وسائل الإعلام والشركاء الاستراتيجيين لتعزيز حضور الشركة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق الرقمي، ويفضل في بيئة الشركات الناشئة.
إلمام كامل بأدوات التسويق الرقمي مثل Google Analytics، أدوات إدارة السوشيال ميديا (Hootsuite)، وأدوات إدارة الحملات الإعلانية.
قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على نتائج ملموسة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a distinguished Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to the company’s growth and enhance its market presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the company’s presence and increase brand awareness.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.
Analyze the market and provide regular performance reports, with suggestions for improvements based on data insights.
Create creative marketing content that targets the appropriate audience and increases engagement with the company.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost conversions and sales.
Build strong relationships with media and strategic partners to enhance the company’s presence.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
Full proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools (Hootsuite), and advertising campaign management tools.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on concrete results.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
